What is the standard shipping time for instruments and accessories?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international delivery times vary based on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on professional instruments?
Yes, all new instruments come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Weiner Music provides a one-year shop warranty on professional woodwind and brass instruments to cover minor adjustments.
What is your return policy for mouthpieces and reeds?
Due to hygiene standards, reeds cannot be returned once opened. Mouthpieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt but are subject to a small cleaning fee to ensure they are sanitized for the next customer.
Can I request a professional setup before my instrument is shipped?
Absolutely. Our in-house technicians inspect and play-test every professional instrument before it leaves our shop to ensure it meets our high standards of playability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their home country.
