Yes, all new instruments come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Weiner Music provides a one-year shop warranty on professional woodwind and brass instruments to cover minor adjustments.

What is your return policy for mouthpieces and reeds?

Due to hygiene standards, reeds cannot be returned once opened. Mouthpieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt but are subject to a small cleaning fee to ensure they are sanitized for the next customer.

Can I request a professional setup before my instrument is shipped?

Absolutely. Our in-house technicians inspect and play-test every professional instrument before it leaves our shop to ensure it meets our high standards of playability.
