The Reed Machine Deluxe is made of durable blue anodized aluminum and steel. The Reed Machine is accurate to +/- .001" and is guaranteed to copy any reed - commercial, handmade or template. Once a template or cane reed is placed on the left side of the table and a blank is placed on the right, the copying can begin of any E-flat clarinet, B-flat clarinet, Soprano saxophone or Alto saxophone reed (attachment sold separately). With a mere movement from left to right, fine strips of cane are removed from the blank until a new reed is formed. After clipping, the reed is ready to play!

Three styles of precision guide reeds are also available. The Reed Machine table has a removable insert that can be replaced with any of these guide reeds. The Deluxe Machine comes with 2 additional blades, 2 Teflon Guide Reeds (Traditional and Thick), Screw Driver Set, Cleaning Brush and Carrying Case.
